Advanced AI Solutions, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the OZ 2.0 Agency platform at oz2.org (“Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use the Platform.

Regarding AI Data: Inputs you submit to AI features are processed to generate responses. We do not use your individual inputs to train our AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including cloud hosting providers, analytics services, email delivery services, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal request.

For European Economic Area, UK, and Swiss Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your personal information is: (a) performance of a contract (account services), (b) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, analytics), and (c) consent (marketing communications).

9. International Data Transfers

Advanced AI Solutions, Inc. is based in the United States.
